Healthy Valentine OhYeah! Protein Shake

Girlfriends second favorite, other than Chocolate!

Ohyeah! Vanilla Protein/Mango/Strawberries..

1 cup of fresh mango
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 scoop of Whey Isolate Vanilla OhYeah! Protein
8 oz of almond milk (you could also use regular, coconut or soy milk, or orange juice)
6 oz carton of vanilla yogurt

Place all the ingredients in the blender and blitz until perfectly smooth.  Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.

Coffee Hydrating Vanilla OhYeah! Shake!

This shake is designed to get you going (with coffee, but you can use decaf) and keep you going through the morning.  The flax seed meal adds fiber and lots of other good things, but you could also add fiber in the form of “Benefiber” or some similar preparation. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coffee, cold (can use instant coffee and water to taste)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla OhYeah! protein powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Flax Seed Meal (or see above)
  • Sweetener to taste (I like liquid forms of Splenda - no carbs)
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Preparation:

Blend it all up together.  You can do it in a shaker cup if you don’t care about it being thicker or don’t want to wash the blender.
Nutritional Information: Each serving has 5.5 grams effective carbohydrate plus 5 grams fiber, 24 grams protein, and 403 calories.
GingerBread OhYeah Shake on the Go!

Ohyeah Holiday Gingerbread Shake:

1/2 cup Low fat cottage cheese

11/4 cup Vanilla OhYeah Isolate Power Protein

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Ground ginger (or to taste)

1/2 tsp Butter extract (or vanilla extract)

1/2-1 cup Water (Alter this according to desired consistency)

5-10 Ice Cubes (Depending on how thick you like it, use less for a thinner consistency)

2-4 Stevia packets (or sweetener of choice to taste)

Optional:1 tbs low sugar maple syrup or maple extract, 1/2 tsp xanthan gum 3, 1/2 tsp butter extract

Drink drink drink, then Make another one!
